This afternoon we said goodbye to our Puros home and headed south, waving to some giraffe along the way and finally arriving at Okonjima Nature Reserve, our new home for the night.

Today we discovered a secret driving range at our hotel in the middle of the desert. It was put to good use.
Today we reentered civilization in a tiny town called Puros. After making good use of our hotel comforts (infinity pools and flushing toilets), we took a drive in the Hoarusib Riverbed. We were victorious in finding the desert adapted elephant, the long legged, elusive cousin of the one you’re used to seeing.
