Tonight our plot to befriend Linh and Phuong from the Art Trendy Hotel was set into motion. We invited them to something we knew they couldn’t refuse: Giang's egg coffee. 

Today we found anything and everything on the streets of Hanoi. 

This week we consumed our last plate of Dal Bhat in Nepal, ate airport food in Singapore and dined on Vietnamese street food until our hearts were content. Also, egg coffee.
