This morning we left Hanoi bound for Sapa via the Sapa Express bus, or as the website calls it, "special aircraft on the ground.” 

Tonight our new BFF Linh took us to one of her favorite floating restaurants to try some of her favorite Vietnamese food. 

If you ever find yourself in a floating restaurant with Linh, don’t panic when she eats a handful of wasabi and you lose her for 60-75 seconds. She’ll come back around and you’ll have gained a new respect for the human body.

Today we ate at Banh Mi 25, where they serve you complimentary bananas and tea. Not to mention sandwiches that make you want to slap somebody.
