Today we reentered civilization in a tiny town called Puros. After making good use of our hotel comforts (infinity pools and flushing toilets), we took a drive in the Hoarusib Riverbed. We were victorious in finding the desert adapted elephant, the long legged, elusive cousin of the one you’re used to seeing.
