This week we ate many things. More momos goes without saying, chicken fajitas + chips & salsa (what!?!) and a new addition to the table, Dal Bhat. Dal Bhat consists of steamed rice with a cooked lentil soup called dal, often served with veggies and/or curries and/or pickles. We were hesitant to try at first, but soon realized why most locals eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

DAL BHAT POWER 24 HOUR!
